HR & Admin Officer

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates POWERFULL TEAM Full time

**Responsibilities**:
Ø Organizing and maintaining personnel and company records

Ø Updating internal HR databases

Ø Preparing HR documents (Contracts, insurances, memos & letters, etc.)

Ø Update internal databases for monitoring (e.g. records of SL, ML, VL)

Ø Coordinate with external partners, like insurance vendors, suppliers and clients

Ø Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. passport, contracts and insurances expiry)

Ø Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues

Ø Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

Ø Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, processing confidential reports and documents.

Ø Handle all employee queries, written or verbal with the utmost confidentiality.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Ø Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role

Ø Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

Ø Thorough knowledge of labor relations and laws.

Ø Decision-making: administrative assistants need to make independent decisions on a daily basis, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.

Ø Organizational skills: The ability to maintain order helps ensure executives don’t miss appointments or deadlines.

Ø Must be knowledgeable in MS office (Word and Excel)

Ø Must be willing to relocate in company provided accommodation

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- HR & Admin work: 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (required)
