HR & Admin Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle employee on boarding and orientation processes.
- Maintain employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts and HR policies.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Handle administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, organizing company events, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Act as the point of contact for employees' HR-related queries.
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department in day-to-day operations and projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) as an HR & Admin Assistant or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Immediate availability to join the team is highly preferred.
