HR & Admin Officer

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Responsible for the effective day to day HR & Admin Operations.
- Undertake a variety of HR & Admin duties and projects as assigned.
- Issues all types of request received from employees within the standard timeline.
- Custodian of Etisalat, Fuel Cards and other company assets associated with Employees.
- Monitoring the Expenses Claims, Sim cards, Business Cards, and Office Stationaries.
- Ensure effective Employee Relations, collect all employees relates request and forward to Head Office.
- Manages and coordinates all Administration services activities of procurement, office and utilities services with prior approval from HR & Admin Manager.
- Opening bank account for new employee.
- Attendance Management & Reporting / monitoring & reporting of overtime. To prepare monthly report and submit one day after cut-off of date of payroll.
- Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.
- Extending support to Senior Officer as and when required.
- Other Special Assignments by the HR & Admin Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Accounting or other relevant discipline is required
- A recognized professional HR or payroll designation is desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing in UAE
- Preferable to have exposure to FMCG / Warehouse / Logistics Operations / Retail business
- Working knowledge in ERP Application, preferably SAP
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details & Accuracy
- Proactiveness & Time Management
- Negotiation & People Management Skills
Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
