**JOB SUMMARY**:
Working as a member of the Human Resources Team, the post holder will ensure provision of an effective HR & Administration service and support the management of office facilities across the UAE region.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Applies and follows the Company's policies and procedures
- Undertakes any project work as directed by the Senior HR
- Updates Employee Master database and employees’ documents and maintains soft & hard copies of documents as backup
- Handles employee filing system and database management
- Sends employees documents to sites according to requirement
- Coordinates with HR team members
- Follows up the day to day instructions given by HR manager or his designate
- Maintains Payroll Master List on a monthly basis
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
- Processes Exit settlements for resigned/terminated employees
- Prepares monthly employees’ payroll according to payroll procedures
- Make sure that all salaries are ready and audited on the desired date as per payroll policies
- Open accounts for Bank Transfer, exchange for the new staff
- Coordinates with Finance Office for employees’ salary transfer
- Follows up and resolve salary complaints
- Prepares and provides Monthly payroll summary reports to HR Manager and / or Senior Management accordingly
- Handle Employee Exit Process, doing Exit interviews, getting the clearance and other exit documents, documenting the papers, and arranging the Final Settlement.
- Performs other duties as directed
**MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, or equivalent field with three years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Good knowledge in computers and HR software packages
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Arabic is an added value
- Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in UAE

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
