Manager - Total Rewards & Human Capital Analytics

G42 Corporate is looking for a talented, performance-oriented individual as Total Rewards and Human Capital Analytics
**The opportunity**
To be a key contributor to the overall Human Capital strategy of one of the UAE’s largest and fastest growing high-tech organizations by providing analysis and improvement suggestions related to employee compensation and the rewards & recognition framework for the group and its Business Units.
G42 is an Abu Dhabi based artificial intelligence and cloud computing company with a global footprint delivering holistic and scalable AI solutions to a variety of commercial and government clients. The Group’s business operations cover a wide range of industry verticals including Healthcare, Government, Smart City & Smart Mobility, Oil & Gas, Fintech, Geospatial, Aviation, Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics and Sports.
**Responsibilities**:
- Total Rewards:_
- Analyze statistical data, reports and suggest improvements to ensure alignment with market trends and improvement of organization’s pay, benefits, policies and practices
- Monitor the organization’s salary structure and benefits provision to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the group’s salary practices
- Conduct periodic audit to ensure that all Rewards practices follow group policy and UAE labor law.
- Coordinate with HR peers to ensure data/information accuracy and alignment with rewards framework
- Monitor offers in order to preserve the internal equity and external competitiveness
- Support HRBPs during the end of year salary reviews and off-cycle reviews
- Develop a job evaluation scheme based on best practices to establish the basis for an internal ranking of jobs
- Conduct job evaluations to ensure that the difference in pay between those doing different jobs within the organisation are fair and are perceived to be so
- Communicate changes and decisions to all concerned stakeholders, Provide support for companies ‘s re-evaluation of their compensation and benefits’ grids
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys to analyze company’s competitive position
- Manage Total Rewards projects (salary benchmarking, role mapping, job evaluation, Incentive design etc.)
- Assist in the workforce planning to ensure accuracy of manpower costing
- Coordinate with Learning and development team to ensure there is fair allocation of learning budget and monitor learning expenses
- Manage specific projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives
- Human Capital Analytics:_
- Enable the HRBP and people leader population to become data-savvy and likewise, enable your data scientists to be HR-savvy.
- Provide a people analytics technology vision, strategy and approach for scalable, efficient and automated processes that enable simple and complex data analysis.
- Maintain operational excellence on the team to ensure high quality methods to gather and manage large datasets from multiple sources, transforming or cleaning data as necessary.
- Define and then work with HR operations, functional leads, finance and IT to implement standard processes and controls to maintain data integrity across systems.
- Lead the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights to the rest of the organization.
- Monitor and regularly upgrade the people analytics platform to address current and emerging business needs.
Qualifications:
How efficiently you manage your cost per hire and cost to revenue percentage, how many rewards & recognition programs and fair pay initiatives you launch in the year and measurable positive changes in employee NPS will define your success in this role.

**To qualify, you must have**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance and/or related fields
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience and at least 2 years in a similar role
**Ideally, you’ll also need**
- Exceptional inter-personal skills
- An understanding of employee loyalty technology and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
