Human Capital Project Manager

Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**
Reporting directly to the Human Capital Director, your role as Human Capital Project Manager will focus on supporting and enabling Human Capital projects and strategic initiatives
**Responsibilities**:
**Managerial**
- Strategic Planning: Assist in the strategic planning process within the Human Capital domain, contributing to the development of effective HR strategies.
- Budget Management: Support the Human Capital team in managing the HR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently.
- Corporate Management Information: Assist in the monitoring and reporting on corporate performance within the HR division.
- People Management: Support and enable the Human Capital team, fostering a productive and positive working environment.
**Functional**
- Support Business Partners in the implementation of human resource decisions and strategies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of organization design, strategic workforce planning, and performance management.
- Support the execution of Human Capital activities including engagement initiatives, talent management journeys and learning & development programs.
- Assist in designing and delivering change, engagement, culture, and transformation programs.
- Provide support to employees on matters related to HR policies & procedures and employment terms & conditions.
- Regularly review existing job descriptions and assist in the creation of job descriptions for new roles.
- Support the identification of HC priorities in division/departmental plans, translate business requirements into effective HC practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Collaborate with wider team to analyze people metrics, identifying trends and issues and devising proactive strategies to address them.
**Organizational**
- Governance: Ensure alignment with company policies and standards across all Human Capital initiatives.
- Management Reporting: Regularly report on project statuses, challenges, and successes to senior leadership.
- Technology Management: Leverage appropriate HR technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of Human Capital projects.
- Change Management: Assist in leading change management initiatives related to Human Capital, ensuring smooth implementation and mínimal disruption.
- Professional Development: Promote and support professional development within the Human Capital team and across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Best practice experience of Change and Project Management within a Human Capital setting
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR.
- At least 6 years of experience in a supporting HR role, preferably within a fast-growing technology company.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- A commitment to social responsibility.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks.
Your success in this role will be measured by the efficiency and effectiveness of the Human Capital projects you support, the satisfaction of the Human Capital team and the success of the HR initiatives you help to implement.
