**Role Title**: Channel Sales Manager - Laptops
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Role Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Channel Development**: Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners while strengthening relationships with existing partners.
- **Sales Growth**: Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for the laptops portfolio through channel sales.
- **Partner Enablement**: Train and support channel partners to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and confidence in selling laptops.
- **Go-to-Market Strategies**: Develop and execute GTM plans tailored to the channel ecosystem to maximize product visibility and reach.
- **Demand Generation**: Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and initiatives that drive demand and sales through channel partners.
- **Forecasting & Reporting**: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular updates on channel performance, pipeline, and market trends.
- **Market Insight**: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and risks.
- **Incentive Programs**: Design and manage incentive programs to motivate channel partners and drive sales.
- **Customer Engagement**: Support partners in engaging key customers to close deals and build strong brand loyalty.
- **Product Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest laptop technologies, features, and market innovations to provide strategic insights to partners.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in laptops or IT hardware.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with major laptop brands like HP, Dell, Lenovo, or similar, and an understanding of their channel ecosystems.
- **Proven Success**: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and successfully managing channel relationships.
- **Market Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC IT distribution landscape, including key players and market dynamics.
- **Relationship Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining channel partnerships.
- **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and execute strategies to grow channel sales.
- **Technical Acumen**: A good understanding of laptop specifications, configurations, and technologies.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field. Sales certifications or training in IT hardware is a plus.
- **Location**: Based in Dubai, with a willingness to travel across the GCC region as needed.
