**Job Description**:
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand the sales network.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
- Work closely with partners to create joint business plans and marketing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide training and resources to channel partners on product offerings, pricing, and sales techniques.
- Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools to succeed in selling the company’s products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for partners.
- Set performance benchmarks for channel partners and monitor progress.
- Conduct regular reviews to evaluate partner performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategy updates to senior management.
- Ensure all partner activities align with the company’s sales policies and standards.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, strategies, and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED5.00 per month
