Corporate and Channel Sales Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in both corporate and channel segments, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- **Corporate Sales**: Identify and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, understanding their specific IT hardware and networking needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- **Channel Sales Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and system integrators, to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Manage and nurture existing relationships with key corporate clients and channel partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business growth.
- **Market Research and Analysis**: Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, using this information to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, market share, and profitability within the corporate and channel sales segments.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT hardware and networking products, as well as competitive offerings, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers and partners.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
- **Training and Support**: Provide training and support to channel partners and corporate clients on new products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively sell and utilize the company’s offerings.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with corporate clients and channel partners, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate and channel sales, specifically in IT hardware and networking products.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of IT hardware and networking products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
