Corporate Secretary

**Job description**
**Corporate secretaries **provide guidance to company directors about how their organizations
should be directed, managed or controlled
- convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing
agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence
and so on)
- Monitor and manage record on deposits, contact information about banking
activity.
- Familiar with UAE Labor Laws
- Familiar with UAE Contracts
- Writing reports
- Collating information.
- providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
- training directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate
governance matters
- implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the
organization or compliance with legislation
**Required Skills**:
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be fluent in English in typing and speaking
Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels
attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
the ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure the capability to work with
numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organization and time management
The ability to take the initiative
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 4-5 working years' experience in similar role in the UAE
Excellent oral and written skills.
Basic accounting skills.
An understanding of the legal system that affects the organization.
Multitasking ability.
Discretion with confidential information.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
