**Responsibilities**:

- **Corporate Governance**: Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including the preparation and distribution of board materials, minutes, and resolutions.
- **Legal Support**: Provide legal secretarial support by preparing and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with legal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate board and committee meetings, including logistics, agendas, and documentation. Facilitate communication between board members and executive leadership.
- **Documentation and Filing**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records, contracts, and other legal documents. Ensure proper filing and documentation procedures are followed.
- **Communication and Correspondence**: Draft and review business correspondence, reports, and presentations. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- **Language Proficiency**: Arabic language proficiency is desirable to facilitate communication with stakeholders and contribute to a multilingual work environment.
- **Compliance Monitoring**: Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure the organization's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality in all corporate matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Secretary or in a similar role.
- Legal secretary experience is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
