Accounts Company Secretary

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns and other compliance-related documents.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding their accounts and tax-related inquiries.
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Stay updated on relevant tax laws and accounting practices.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing a Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification.
- Proven experience as an office secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of corporate taxes and accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- UAE experience is must.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
