**Position**: Part-Time Secretary
**Location**: Hybrid (Dubai Office & Remote)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Meeting Attendance & Minutes Preparation**: Accompany the Managing Director to meetings and accurately record the minutes.
- **Coordination with Partners**: Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and business partners, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- **Scheduling**: Manage and schedule meetings with clients, maintaining an organized calendar.
- **Document Preparation**: Prepare necessary files, documents, and presentations as needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English is essential.
- **Presentation**: Must be presentable and maintain a professional demeanor.
- **Dedication**: Strong commitment to tasks and the ability to meet deadlines.
- **Flexibility**: Ability to work both remotely and in the office as required.
**Qualifications**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role is preferred.
**Work Environment**:
- Hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days in the office and the rest remote.
- Collaborative and supportive team environment.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
