We are seeking for Secretary position to be assigned in Bahrain.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Manage the calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and handle it with discretion.
- Coordinate and plan internal meetings, including booking conference rooms, arranging catering, and sending out meeting invitations.
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to attendees in a timely manner.
- Manage and prioritize incoming correspondence and requests for the executives.
- Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of the executives.
- Conduct research and compile data to assist with special projects and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree
- Willing to relocate to Bahrain
- With UAE Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a secretary or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
