**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for staff
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- **High school diploma or equivalent**:
- **Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist/Secretary in UAE.**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:
- **Strong organizational and time management skills**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**:
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**
