Title: CEO Secretary

**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and handling correspondence.

2. Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar efficiently, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and ensuring that the CEO's time is optimized.

3. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications, and handling inquiries effectively.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

5. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

6. Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.

7. Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for the CEO, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and preparing travel itineraries.

8. Office Management: Oversee the CEO's office operations, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendors, and ensuring a well-functioning work environment.

9.Project Assistance: Provide support to the CEO on special projects, initiatives, or tasks as needed, including research, data analysis, and coordination with other team members.
