Receptionist/administrator

**Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage front desk operations, receive visitors, and handle phone calls
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative duties
**Human Resources**:
- Maintain daily attendance and submit to HR Manager
- Receiving and submitting leave forms of employees
- Assisting in works assigned by HR Manager
**Project Support**:
- Assist project with documentation, reporting, and data entry
- Maintain project files, records, and databases
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals
- Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR software, and project management tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
