**Administrative Assistant cum Receptionist**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and vendors professionally.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
**Administrative Support**:
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Assist in preparing Quotations, Reports, Presentations, Delivery Notes, Work Permit documents and event schedules.
- Order and monitor office supplies and coordinate with suppliers.
**Event Support**:
- Supporting the Manager for Production & Logistics / Account Managers for the logistics of events, including registrations, materials preparation, and communication with vendors.
- Provide on-site assistance during events, when required that includes travelling out of town or being the main support in the office while the team is in operation.
- Assist in maintaining a database of contacts, venues, and suppliers.
**Other Duties**:
- Support the management team with day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
- Ensure the office is clean and well organized.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or diplomas in administration or related fields are a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, preferably in the events or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings and weekends, during event seasons.
- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must currently reside in Sharjah (preferably in or near Al Qasba) or be willing to relocate to the area.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
