Job Summary
Develops strategic and operational plans for specific sales channels; manages execution and measures results.
Job Requirements
Providing category analysis and advanced consumer insights based on deep analytical research; identifying business needs and corresponding performance goals.
Ensuring that programs are aligned with organization and channel development business goals and objectives; communicating key responsibilities to direct reports so that they promote a successful attitude, confidence in leadership, and teamwork to achieve results.
Providing channel partners with coaching, training, feedback, and developmental opportunities; serving as the point person for all channel development data needs.
Delivering on channel development goals; improving organizational capacity and capability; and modeling productive collaboration.
Education

Minimum of 15 years of related experience as an IC, or 10 years experience at manager level.
