Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners, such as distributors, resellers, and agents, to drive sales growth.
- Identify new channel partners and establish relationships with them to expand the company's market reach.
- Train and educate channel partners on the company's products and services, sales processes, and marketing strategies.
- Provide ongoing support to channel partners, such as resolving issues, providing technical assistance, and answering inquiries.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that channel partner needs are met.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in channel sales or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Knowledge of sales processes and techniques.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
