Executive Secretary to CEO

**Administrative Tasks**:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Handle office supplies and equipment.
- Onboarding of New Clients.
- Coordinate with clients and team, organize work flow & tasks.
- Business Plan preparation.
**Accounting Tasks**:
- Record financial transactions and maintain ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Perform budgeting and financial forecasting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Process payroll.
- Handle Employees Payments and Monthly expenses.
- Handle registrations of VAT & Corporate tax.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Good accounting knowledge.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Flexibility and ability to handle work pressure.
Growth Opportunities:
