Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute agendas, memos, presentations, and other documents for meetings attended by the CEO.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare documents as requested by the CEO.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, exercising professionalism and diplomacy in all interactions.
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively provide administrative support to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with other members of the executive team and administrative staff to support company-wide initiatives and projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

**Job Types**: Temporary, Fresher

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
