**Position Available: Executive Secretary to the CEO**

**Location**: Riyadh, KSA

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Introduction**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and documents for the CEO.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials efficiently.
- Conduct research, collect data, and prepare reports and documents.
- Maintain and manage the CEO’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes.
- Monitor and distribute incoming communications.
- Interact with internal staff at all levels and external clients and partners.
- Review and improve operating practices.
- Coordinate project-based work as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Proven experience as an executive secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management tools.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
- High School Diploma required; higher education or certifications in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
