The Executive Secretary is responsible for the coordination of administrative communication and for executing secretarial functions for the CEO and Executive Office.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, communication and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in writing/creating and crafting professional business communications such as letters, memos, tenders documents, etc.
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in all day-to-day operations
- Excellent time management and organization skills, especially the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to maintain the utmost confidentiality and discretion in all day-to-day operations
- Adaptable and can handle pressure.

**Job Requirements**:

- 3 years current Executive Secretary Experience
- Degree in Administrative/Executive Secretarial Program of business courses, computer courses
- Willing to relocate in Dubai
