Office Administrator/receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Prepare and manage client quotations.
- Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in preparing reports and documents.
- Coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Support HR functions like onboarding new employees.
**Requirements**:
- Experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the acrylic fabrication industry or a related field.
- Familiarity with office equipment and basic IT troubleshooting.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
