Receptionist Admin Assistant

We are looking to hire a permanent and full time based Receptionist and Admin Assistant with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field of Reception and Administration.
**Responsibility**:
- Answering incoming calls; Taking messages and re-directing calls as required, forward job to the teams through WhatsApp Messenger.
- Data entry (sales and purchases figures, etc.)
- General office management such as ordering stationery, arranging both internal and external events.
- Execute given responsibilities in manning different schedules and activities at a given task.
**Experience**:
- Proven work experience (minimum 2 years) as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Applicant must have a Bachelor Degree in Business
- Professional attitude and appearance; Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
**Salary**: AED 2,500 - AED 2,800 per month
