**Job Type**: Full-Time

**This job position is only for females**.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry Duties**:

- Accurately input data into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documents.
- Assist in generating reports and performing data analysis as required.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security.
- **Receptionist Duties**:

- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assist with general office administrative tasks such as mail handling, filing, and office supplies management.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist clients with questions about company products, services, or procedures.
- **Miscellaneous Administrative Support**:

- Assist other departments as needed with basic clerical tasks.
- Provide support with data reporting and tracking.
- Handle office-related paperwork and ensure it is filed properly.

**Qualifications**:

- Well educated and experienced diploma holder or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration or data entry is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is a must.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment (phones, fax, photocopiers, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A friendly and professional person with a focus on customer service.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in handling office systems or customer service.
- Familiarity with database management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position with standard office hours.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods.

Pay: AED2,100.00 - AED2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher diploma (preferred)
