**Front Desk Receptionist (FEMALE)**
Full job description
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist with office supplies inventory and procurement.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Follow-up with clients
- Develop sales techniques and help the staff to reach set sales targets.
**Data Management**:
- Maintain and update contact databases and records.
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role would be beneficial
- Freshers with positive attitude to learn is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Customer service experience is highly desirable.
