Office Administrator Receptionist Female Only

**Female only - preferably on a family visa / Father or Husband Visa.**
- Professionally Answering screening and forwarding main line incoming phone calls to the respective appropriate staff member.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
- Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Provides general office and operational support
- Eager to learn.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
