**We are looking for someone who has knowledge and relationships with companies to sell Smart Home products..**

As a Sales Executive B2B, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales within the B2B market. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Account Management**: Manage and develop existing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exploring opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Needs Assessment and Solution Presentation**: Meet with potential and existing clients to understand their business challenges and requirements, and then present customized solutions that address their specific needs.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**: Prepare and present comprehensive proposals, negotiate contracts, and handle any necessary legal or financial documentation.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales, and provide regular progress reports to the sales management team.
- **Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- **Continuous Learning and Development**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service offerings to enhance your sales expertise.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a B2B sales role, preferably in a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Driven, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
