Job Description
Weare seeking motivated and resultsdriven B2B Sales Executives tojoin our Clients team in Dubai. The ideal candidates will beresponsible for identifying and securing new business opportunitieswithin the B2B segment. This role requires strong communicationskills a deep understanding of the luxury goods market and a provenability to close deals.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clientsin the luxury goods and interior designsectors.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decisionmakers including architects interiordesigners developers contractors and procurementprofessionals.
- Manage the full sales cycle fromlead generation to deal closure ensuring high levels of customersatisfaction and fostering repeatbusiness.
- Conduct market research to identifytrends opportunities and competitivedynamics.
- Collaborate with the marketing teamto develop tailored sales strategies that align with company goalsand client needs.
- Prepare and delivercompelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight theunique value propositions of the companysproducts.
- Negotiate and finalize salesagreements in alignment with company policies andterms.
- Track and report sales performanceoffering insights and recommendations for continuousimprovement.
- Participate in industry eventstrade shows and networking activities to broaden the companysclient base.
- Provide feedback to the productdevelopment team to refine and enhance product offerings based onclient preferences and market demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or arelated field.
- At least 3 years of B2B salesexperience ideally in luxury goods interior design or a relatedsector.
- Proven track record of meeting orexceeding sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
- Strong network of contacts within theluxury goods and interior designindustries.
- Exceptional communicationnegotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability towork independently and within a team in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
- Proficiency in CRM software andsales tools for managing leads and performancetracking.
- Willingness to travel within the UAEas needed.
