We are seeking a **Customer Success Lead MEA (Saas)** to join their dynamic team in Dubai. The role entails **leading a local team to achieve objectives in upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction while maintaining the highest service quality standards. **As the Head of Customer Success, you will spearhead efforts to drive business outcomes by effectively managing the local team and collaborating with an international team of diverse backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the local team to achieve objectives for upselling, cross-selling, and churn reduction while maintaining service quality standards.
- Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and a winning personality to motivate the team.
- Drive business outcomes with a focus on upselling, cross-selling, churn reduction, downselling, and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
- Utilize robust project management skills to effectively manage initiatives.
- Resolve customer issues and provide innovative solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Deliver outstanding presentations and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Provide project management assistance to ensure successful implementation.
- Exhibit strong leadership and management capabilities to guide the team to success.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 10 years of Customer Success management experience in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Deep knowledge of the Gulf market and customer base.
- Comfortable collaborating with international teams.
- Extensive experience in SaaS environments, including team management, account management, and deal closure.
- Proficient in leading business development efforts, including account planning and expansion strategies.
