Customer Success Coordinator

**Position Summary**:
In this role, the Customer Success Coordinator will serve as frontline ambassador for our customers in the MEA region for both brands (Tokheim & Wayne). The CSC will use his/her experience and knowledge to support our customers to ensure smooth Quote to order fulfilment. Ultimately, he/she will work directly with customers and commercial team to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotes to MEA end-users that later can be turned into orders for both dispensers and aftermarket.
- Training/Onboarding current and new MEA distributors into new DFS tools (CPQ, intershop, etc)
- Communicate and keep both sales team and factories informed if any difficulties on PO process.
- Track open backlogs for all MEA orders and escalate when/if we run into delays that can have impact on our customer relationship.
- Special projects and assignments as needed and required.

- Ability to work well as part of a team, across multiple sites, as well as on own initiative.
**Job requirements**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 1-2 years experience working with Customer Support or/and retail fuel marketing company.
- English and French language required, Arabic preferred.
