Introduction

Bühler Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for a skilled professional to join our team as Head of Marketing & Communication
- MEA. This position will be responsible to spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region while ensuring its alignment with the company’s business objectives.

Tasks
- Devise and drive comprehensive marketing strategies that contribute to achieve the company’s business objectives within the MEA region.
- Support relevant teams across the different business units in conducting market research and competitive analysis, leveraging insights to inform and guide strategic directional choices.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the regional marketing and communications team, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Employ a data-driven approach to strategy creation, harnessing customer insights and analytics to refine marketing tactics.
- Plan and administer the marketing budget, ensuring optimum allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Lead the company’s brand development efforts in the MEA region, preserving a strong, cohesive brand identity and message across all communication channels.
- Assess marketing campaign ROI, utilizing performance metrics to recalibrate tactics for enhanced results (e.g. leads, opportunities, engagement, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.).

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master degree would be an added advantage
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial/senior role.
- Fluent communication skill in English.
- Knowledge in Arabic or French languages would be an added benefit.

Preferred qualifications
- Extensive experience in market analytics and relevant research methodologies.
- Good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of key software tools and systems such MS Office apps. Working knowledge of Adobe and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and motivate teams.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and succeed within large, pan-regional matrix organizational structures.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, with clarity and impact in both written and verbal forms.
- Sound judgment, conflict management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to incept and lead initiatives / action plans with clear and relevant KPIs.
