**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Dubai territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the advertising industry and the Dubai market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the Dubai territory as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED13,436.46 - AED39,348.25 per month
