Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at JobsInLogistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales processes for assigned customer accounts or territory, optimizing and successfully managing call plans to ensure calls are high value and efficiently outperform our competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships.
- Collaborate with Customer Engineering on complex system analyses, including bearing selection on non-standard part numbers or types.
- Utilize CRM to develop customer-based sales plans, including sales, won/lost business, plans to maximize pricing, new business attainment, and opportunity pipeline.
- Actively gather and submit customer and market knowledge into monthly demand planning processes.
- Take an active leadership role in the region to share knowledge, mentor junior associates, and participate in joint sales calls, where appropriate, especially to help solve problems and improve decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or similar strongly preferred, with minimum 4 years of experience working with customers and developing long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- In lieu of Bachelor's Degree, a high school diploma with at least 10 years of experience working with customers and developing long-term customer relationships and partnerships.
- Successful track record of working in a mechanical, industrial maintenance, industrial reliability, or industrial sales environment will be strongly considered.
- Position level will be dependent upon years of qualified, relevant experience and education.
