**Main Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Manage and oversee a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Design a grading scale suitable for the company, maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
**General Office Operations**
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office and assist all units in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations.
- Supervise the work of in-house cleaners to ensure that the office is always kept clean and pleasant
- Organize, assign and supervise the work of administrative support staff.
- Ensure that administrative office procedures and established standards are adhered to and maintained in all aspects of work.
- Manage administrative issues to do with security and safety of camps and the office.
- Maintain comprehensive information on all STYRO vehicles including necessary documentation relating to ownership and registration.
- Ensure all vehicles are insured and service schedules adhered to.
- Ensure comprehensive general risk insurance for the office is taken and claims are handled as appropriate.
- Ensure all company licenses and rentals are uptodate.
- Ensure all kind of company and staff insurance are renewed and in place.
- Follow up with government entities for any enquiries.
- Oversee the work of the PRO.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in human resources or related field.
- Proven working experience as HR Manager preferably in a manufacturing sector.
- Excellent Knowledge of UAE employment law, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to have strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Analytical, excellent data mining ability.
- Keep high level of confidentiality.
- Intelligent, motivated, initiator with strong interpersonal skills and work ethic experience.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
