HR and Admin Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**HR**
- Recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Manage employee records, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information in the system.
- Coordinate and organize employee training sessions and maintain training records
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage employee time off requests, including sick leave, vacation, and personal days
- Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
- Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Renewal of Company related documents.
**ADMIN**
- Preparation of Client Quotations.
- Assuring the office is well presented for the clients.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Assisting clients and Managers.
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR administration
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
