Admin & HR Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and On boarding**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate the on boarding process.
**HR Policy and Compliance**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
**Employee Relations**:
- Act as a point of contact for employees’ HR-related queries and concerns.
- Mediate and resolve employee disputes or conflicts.
- Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
**Benefits and Compensation**:
- Administer employee benefit programs, including insurance and leave policies.
- Annual salary review, gratuity calculation, leave salary preparation.
- Monthly Payroll Preparation & salary transfer through WPS.
**HR Reporting and Analytics**:
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to provide insights into workforce trends.
- Maintain HR metrics and key performance indicators.
**Employee Engagement**:
- Organise and participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork and employee satisfaction.
**Administration**:
- Various statutory License renewals, Visa Renewals
- Visa processing of new recruits
- Booking air tickets for staffs and management
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 1+ years of Admin & HR experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
**Experience**:
- UAE: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Malayalam (required)
