Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Mandatory experience in the oil and gas or marine industry.
- Extensive experience managing the full recruitment cycle and designing effective onboarding programs.
- Skilled in guiding HR policies, procedures, and employment law compliance in the UAE.
- Experience in resolving employee relations issues and managing conflicts.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations, ensuring company-wide compliance.
- Experience implementing performance management systems, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Proficiency in managing compensation structures, conducting salary benchmarking, and developing incentive plans.
- Extensive experience in managing HR administrative functions, including payroll and benefits administration.
- Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of HR data.
- Proficiency in developing and monitoring HR metrics and KPIs.
- Experience preparing HR reports and presenting analytics to senior management.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
