We are a group of companies based in Sharjah & Umm Al Quwain is seeking an HR / Admin with minimum of 2 years of experience in a role.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer kills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proven ability to work in a challenging team environment under pressure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist wit day to day operations of the R functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executive.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulation
- Payroll preparation by providing relevant date ( absences, leaves, etc)
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
- Knowledge in visa process.
- Manage office supplies and place order as per the requirements in an efficient manner.
