**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**HR, ADMIN AND PURCHASE**:
1. Responsible to process HR task such us
- recruitment, onboard formalities, medical, emirates id ad visa process, attendance, leave, update company policy, motivate employee, promotion, discipline, trainings, internal memo and announcements, resignation and termination.
2. Responsible to process Admin task such as
Provide assistance require by Chairman, Operations Manager and General Manager in professional, fast but efficient way.
3. Responsible to process Purchase order task such as
- review the material request from Factory and Site team with proper material description, dimension, qty, delivery status (urgent or not), project name, shipper address timings, contact person, negotiate price and payment terms. Get quotation from supplies or invoice. Prepare LPO and get approve personally or thru whatasup. File the proof of approval and submit to accounts by hard copy or thru whatsup. Make sure cash is ready upon delivery.
Close the LPO by receiving the Invoice and delivery note from Factory and Site. Ask Supplier to send you the original invoice with Delivery note if not receive. Make copy and attached to your LPO by hard copy or scan the invoice and delivery note for future reference. Put done on LPO and file. Submit to
Accounts the original Invoice, Delivery note and project name.
