**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Human Resources**:
- Maintain employee records, ensure compliance with labor laws, and handle payroll processing.
- Understand about WPS system implemented in UAE
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
- **Administrative**:
- Understand and capable to company licensing and tenancy contract
- Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and assist in the preparation of documents for meetings.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Oversee the maintenance of company facilities, ensuring a safe and productive working environment.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks as needed.

- **Qualifications**:
- Prefer to have an Arabic or Tagalog speaker
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and understand to operate Odoo system
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
