**Position: Business Development Manager**

**Job Summary**: The Business Development Manager will propel the KAY Investment Group's Real Estate and Hospitality sectors towards new heights by driving strategic growth, strengthening client relationships, and leveraging investment opportunities. The role is suited to a professional with a solid background in sales or business development, comprehensive knowledge of the real estate and hospitality industries, and adept at navigating the investment landscape.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and penetrate new business territories in the real estate, hospitality, and investment spheres, aligning with the strategic vision of the mother company.
- Build and maintain solid partnerships with clients, investors, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct insightful market analyses to identify emerging trends and investment opportunities.
- Design and implement negotiation tactics that integrate new ventures with the company's long-term strategies.
- Elevate the company's stature by exploring new business possibilities and exceeding client expectations.
- Provide comprehensive progress reports to the senior management team, underlining both achievements and barriers.
- Liaise with internal teams to match service delivery and operational strategies with business development objectives.
- Exceed sales targets, expand the customer base, and boost the company's revenue prospects.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Marketing to create and launch effective lead-generation campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry functions and conferences to stay ahead of market trends and generate new business leads.
- Perform in-depth market analyses to detect emerging trends and investment opportunities, informing strategic decisions.
- Align business development initiatives with the strategic vision of KAY INVEST.
- Drive initiatives to increase the company's market share and revenue, ensuring sustainable growth.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to finalizing contracts, aiming for high success rates and exceptional revenue satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 7 years of progressive experience in business development within real estate, hospitality, and/or investment sectors.
- Strong background in sales, with a history of successful business expansion.
- Proficient in financial analysis and market evaluation.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a track record of establishing lucrative deals.
- Effective communicator, capable of engaging with executives and stakeholders across all levels.
- Adept in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license with a readiness to travel for business engagements.
- Leadership skills that inspire team performance and individual excellence.
