**Position Summary**:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to drive sales growth and enhance our market position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into new business.
- **Client Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- **Networking**: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on business development activities and results, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
