**Job Summary**

The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a series of existing business accounts and developing new partnerships reporting to the Managing Director.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

1. Highly presentable individuals with excellent communication skills.

2. Attend regular offsite meetings developing current and new relationships by promoting Sky Walker products and services.

3. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

4. Execute regular training sessions for partners and their employees.

5. Contribute to internal sales meetings with new ideas to improve the efficiency of the department and bring more business.

6. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events when required.

7. Support the sales team with new enquiries into the company.

8. Delivering company literature to hotels and offices as required

9. Train the sky walker sales team on new contract requirements and oversee the successful execution of charters related to your accounts.

10. Handle complaints and credit-control all key accounts regarding financial commitments.

11. Draft contracts and agreements for renewed and new business partnerships.

12. Represent the company professionally, with the highest level of attention, at all times.

**Key Attributes Required**
- Must own a car with driving license
- UAE tourism experience essential
- Having acted within a similar role essential
- Fluent in English (other languages spoken is advantage)
- High level of presentation required.
- Team player
