We are hiring a Business Development Officer.

Your role is to work with the sales, marketing, proposals and procurement department of the company. Your role will be critical in ensuring the growth and success of our business by developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve our objectives.

**Job Description**:
Sales:

- Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Marketing:

- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities to reach our target audience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Proposals:

- Work with the client service team to process proposals from start to finish.
- Develop proposals that are tailored to the client's needs and requirements.
- Ensure proposals are submitted on time and meet all requirements.

Empanelment:

- Work with the Empanelment team to developing and implement strategies to empanel with procurement departments of clients.
- Identify opportunities for empanelment with clients and preparing necessary documents.
- Ensure all empanelment requirements are met in a timely manner.

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, client services and empanelment.
- Experience in working with business team and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
- Experience in managing the proposal process and developing winning proposals.
- Experience in empanelment with procurement departments of clients.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online visibility strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
