Business Development and Marketing Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Development**:
- Lead and implement strategies to generate and nurture high-quality leads, driving interest in EduEnhance’s offerings.
- Conduct outreach initiatives and schedule meetings to support the sales team in advancing the pipeline.
- Monitor lead progress and ensure continuous engagement through personalized communication.
- **Marketing Management**:
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure high-quality execution of marketing strategies and brand consistency.
- Develop and execute campaigns to boost visibility and engagement with EduEnhance’s target audience.
- **Project Management**:
- Serve as the project manager for localization initiatives of international programs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, partners, and other stakeholders involved in localization projects.
- Support project planning, manage the completion of milestones, and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
- Assist with quality assurance to uphold the integrity and standards of EduEnhance’s localized offerings.
- **Market and Product Knowledge**:
- Deeply understand EduEnhance’s mission, vision, products, value proposition, and market trends.
- Use insights to refine business development and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in Business Development, Marketing, or Project Management, with education industry experience being a strong advantage.
- **Skills**:
- Expertise in lead generation and nurturing techniques.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- **Project Management**: Experience in planning, milestone management, and quality assurance for multi-stakeholder projects.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering clear, concise information.
- **Initiative**: Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
**Compensation**:
- **Base Salary**: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- **Bonuses**: Performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and project milestones.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
