**Brainy n Bright** is seeking dynamic Sales and Business Development professional to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are a leading STEM education center, and we are looking for passionate individuals who can drive growth and expand our reach in the market.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that resonate with the STEM education market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that highlight our STEM programs, products, and services to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, effectively communicating the value of our offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the education or STEM sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a passion for sales and education.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market and the education industry is a strong advantage.
