We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dynamic “go getter” business development manager to join our expanding team at R3E Holiday Homes - a part of global network operating Holiday Homes in New Zealand - now expanding in UAE (Dubai)

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about their job and would give their best to develop the Holiday Home business in Dubai, ideally should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and motivated to be a part of a growing enterprise so can grow their experience with the growth of the company

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive in Dubai to expand our portfolio of holiday homes by identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential partners, clients (owners), and driving revenue growth in a specific destination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and generating revenue.
- Conduct presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our holiday homes agency.
- Discuss contractual terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Analyze sales data and generate reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed business decisions.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Drive and lead marketing and media team towards creating content that actually would generate leads and grow listing portfolios

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the holiday homes industry and/or real estate.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with owners.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
